SPRAYGROUND AFRICA RETURNS POLICY
Welcome to Sprayground Africa, an online store owned and operated by Sole Agents Distribution (Pty) Ltd, the authorized distributor of the Sprayground® brand in Africa. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Sprayground Africa can be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We aim for your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself less than satisfied, you can return the product to us for replacement, or account credit, as outlined below. This policy is applicable to products purchased from Sprayground Africa.
This policy is an integral part of the Sprayground Africa Terms and Conditions, and terms defined in the Terms and Conditions retain their meaning in this policy unless context dictates otherwise. Importantly, this policy does not intend to restrict your statutory rights in any manner.
UNWANTED PRODUCTS
You can return unwanted products to us; however, a courier fee of R125 will apply for the collection of such products, provided they meet the following criteria:
• The product is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers intact.
• It is in the original packaging, undamaged and in its original condition, with all seals
intact if applicable.
• The product is complete with all accessories or parts.
• It is not listed in section – “Products Not Eligible for Return.”
• You initiate a return on the Website within 14 days (or 7 days for products marked “Clearance” or “Sale”) of product delivery or collection.
Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection if the product is not properly packaged for transport.
Upon inspection and validation of the return, we will credit your account within 7 working days of return or provide a refund if preferred. Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account. Returns may be refused if the unwanted product is damaged, not in resalable condition, or missing accessories.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If we mistakenly deliver the wrong product or if it does not match the description on the Website (including missing accessories), please notify us. We will collect the product at no charge and, upon inspection and validation, deliver the correct product or credit your account within 7 working days of return.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
The following products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit:
• Electronic vouchers
PRODUCTS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Notify us if a product is damaged upon delivery/collection by logging a return on the Website. We will collect the damaged product at no charge, and upon inspection and validation, replace it or credit your account within 7 working days of return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We strive to deliver high-quality, defect-free products. Defects are material imperfections or characteristics that make a product less acceptable than reasonably expected.
The following are not considered defects:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage
• Damage from a failure to adequately care for the product
• Damage from unauthorized alterations to the product
STANDARD WARRANTY
Notify us of a defective product within 30 days after delivery/collection by logging a return on the Website. We will collect the product at no charge and, after inspection and validation, replace it or credit your account within 7 working days of return.
Please provide suitable packaging for the return and include all accessories. Our courier may refuse collection if the product is not properly packaged.
EXTENDED SUPPLIER WARRANTY
Sprayground Africa will decide on replacement, or refund (subject to the terms and conditions), and Sprayground Africa is not obligated to provide credit, replacement for returns after one month.
CHARGES
• A courier fee of R125 will apply to all returns of unwanted products.
• No courier fees will apply for returns due to incorrect products delivered, products damaged on delivery, or defective products under warranty.
• Delivery charges paid at the time of ordering will not be refunded.
